1. About the service

Tokensensus provides polls, rankings, petitions and tools for publishers to invite reader participation. Features may differ by page and availability. This document describes the terms for using these features.

Participation is voluntary. Results describe the responses received through the service and are not a statistically representative survey, an official election or a guarantee of public opinion.

2. Accounts and access

Public membership is available through a verified Google account without an email-domain restriction. Keep your account secure and do not impersonate another person. Creating a public account does not grant platform-operator or publisher privileges.

You must meet the account and consent requirements that apply where you live. Minors should obtain the permission or assistance of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

3. Fair participation

Do not manipulate results using automated voting, repeated identities or unauthorized access. Do not submit unlawful content, threats, targeted harassment, another person's private information, or material that infringes intellectual-property rights.

Technical duplicate checks reduce repeated participation but do not independently verify that every response represents a unique person. We may review suspicious participation and restrict access to protect the service.

4. Content and results

You retain rights in your own content. When you submit content for publication, you permit the service to store, format and display it to the extent necessary to provide the requested feature. You must have the right to submit that content.

Publisher names, source articles and thumbnails may link to independently operated websites. Their content and policies are their responsibility. Polls about prices or assets are opinions and information, not personalized investment advice or promises of returns.

5. Records and privacy

Published article polls use shared server records. Features marked as browser-only keep their drafts or activity on your device and may be lost if browser storage is cleared. Blockchain recording is not currently used for votes.

The Privacy Policy explains the personal information processed by the service. Your name or email is not displayed with your vote, but this should not be interpreted as a guarantee of complete anonymity.

6. Changes and restrictions

Features may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons. We may limit misuse, remove unlawful content or suspend access when necessary. Where practical, we will explain significant restrictions and provide a way to raise an objection through the published contact channel.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If these terms materially change, we will publish the updated text and its effective date before applying the change where required.
